Juno Baby...making rhythm out of everday things

Juno baby is here and it is something completely new and fun! Your kiddo can learn all about rhythm in the objects around them. And while they are learning about rhythm they are also learning about counting, telling time, and so much more. 

We were sent a copy of Juno Baby: Juno's Rhythm Adventure to review, and let me tell you, this movie has been a hit in our house. The boys will bring it to me to watch everyday at least once a day. Juno is a little girl who sings about "everything has rhythm". There is a rabbit, a cat, and a catepillar who join in and help your little one's learn so many good things. Juno Baby was created by Belinda Takahashi. She is a classical composer and a mother who believes that "music can inspire and nurture you creatively, intellectually and emotionally". This wonderful DVD covers ages 1-5 with language development, counting, music appreciation, and even foreign languages! 

I tried really hard to get a video of the boys jumping around singing along with the DVD, but as soon as they seen the Flip come out, they turned into statues. Talk about camera shy! LOL I love how this DVD prompted them to get right in there and make their own rhythms. This is definitely a DVD I do not mind letting them watch several times a day. It is much better for their brains than some of the stuff they watch.
